Speaking skills training in the Wolio regional language is an important effort in preserving regional languages as well as improving children's language skills from an early age. This study aims to describe the implementation of Wolio language speaking training through regional songs for elementary school students. The method used is a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the activity show that the use of regional songs as a training medium can increase enthusiasm, active participation, and students' speaking skills in the Wolio language. Simple and contextual regional songs make it easier for students to remember and pronounce vocabulary and sentence structures. Thus, this training not only contributes to the preservation of local culture, but also improves regional language skills from an early age.
